About Working Class Rentals

WCR prides itself in purchasing, repairing and providing affordable, well maintained housing to its clients and favorable returns to its investors. In general, a residential rental property will spend 50% of the rental income on various expenses such as maintenance, management, vacancy, etc. In order to have a profitable un-leveraged investment, the gross yield on investment property must be able to overcome this hurdle. To do so, we only purchase properties that have a gross yield of 30%. So, after spending 50% of the income, the net yield is 15% and there is sufficient income to pay the investor and profit ourselves.Explore more
