Workhaven is an internet-only based employee search and selection facility. Workhaven was founded to take a fresh approach to recruitment and job finding. The founders are experienced professionals with backgrounds in a variety of industry sectors, possessing significant collective experience of resourcing and recruitment. For candidates, anonymity is protected which means that jobseekers, both active and passive, can make themselves available to selected opportunities without jeopardising their existing employment relationship and prospects. In turn, employers remain insulated from unsolicited contacts, which allows them to concentrate their available resources on candidates with the exact attributes they require. We recognise that recruitment can be an expensive and time consuming process for all concerned. Our process is built around a free to use intelligent search capability, which is available to employers to help them quickly identify those candidates with the skills, experience and aspirations they require. Workhaven is not a traditional jobs board. By the time candidates are notified of potential opportunities, they are already on the shortlist. Employers have done their homework and made a financial commitment. It is then up to the candidate whether to take matters further.
