Our area (#4) includes five counties: Carroll, Jo Daviess, Ogle, Stephenson and Whiteside. This policy making board oversees federal funds used for employment and training programs and services. These rural communities recognize the importance of a regional approach for a more effective workforce system; with a new strategic plan we are meeting challenges to assist in improving the quality of the workforce to better serve existing business while promoting our communities.
