This group is growing faster, even now, because many people need to define a new career for themselves. After College, they find themselves entered into a hostile employment environment, where Companies are running understandably lean hiring campaigns, and a lot of these incredibly skilled professionals are left to fend for themselves. The Solution: You can't blame companies for charging such high rates for skilled work; there are a lot of departments that need to be paid, to say nothing of the healthy cuts that the executives take. In the end, it shouldn't be surprising that a professional might only make $25hr on a job that the company is billing for $145hr. After all, there is a lot more to running a business than providing the services that clients are paying for. But it doesn't have to be that way.
