Woolnorth owns and operates three wind farms in Tasmania. These farms take advantage of the world class wind resources that we are exposed to in Tasmania. We have been a part of the Tasmanian landscape and economy since 2002 when the first stage of the development of the Bluff Point Wind Farm was completed. Today the Woolnorth Wind Farms - Bluff Po... int, Studland Bay and Musselroe generate approximately 9 percent of Tasmania's electricity needs. We employ directly and indirectly in excess of 40 people to support the operation of the wind farms.
