Mark and his wife Farrah live in Aledo along with their 3 children, Zoe, Ian and Piper. Born in Charleston, Illinois. Mr. McNeill graduated from Cumberland High School in 1997 and went on to attend Depaul University where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. After graduating from Depaul University, Mr. McNeill attended Stetson University Colleg... e of Law in Gulfport, Florida and graduated in 2004. Mr. McNeill moved to Texas in 2005, and became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2006. In 2006, Mr. McNeill began working at Mark D. Scott and Associates in Fort Worth where he handled a wide range of cases, including felonies, misdemeanors, traffic tickets, and general civil litigation, including personal injury, with an emphasis on divorce and family related cases. Mr. McNeill has practiced all across the metroplex, including primarily in Tarrant, Dallas, Johnson, Denton, Parker, and Wise Counties. In 2010, he accepted a position at Withers & Withers, P.C in Dallas where he practiced almost exclusively family law. While at Withers & Withers, P.C., Mr. McNeill successfully negotiated or tried numerous family related cases, including divorce, child custody, paternity, and child support enforcement cases. In 2012, Mr. McNeill, Mr. Adam Burney, and Mr. Mark D. Scott decided to team up and use their extensive experience in family law, criminal law, and personal injury to form Scott, McNeill & Burney. Adam was raised in Burleson, Texas and graduated from Burleson High School. He then attended Texas Wesleyan University where he majored in Political Science and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science. After graduating from Wesleyan undergrad, Adam received a full tuition alumni scholarship and attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2006. He served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review during his time in law school.
