Wintex Trims Pvt Ltd. was established in 2006 with a Taiwanese partnership. The merge resulted in the sharing of skills and resources - the production facilities of the Taiwanese partner together with our experience and in-depth knowledge on South Asian markets brought about more business opportunities and enabled business to grow. The technical de... partment was established later in 2006, with 100 button-attaching machines as well as a well-equipped technical workshop to provide customers the highest levels of quality. In 2008, offices were established in Hong Kong and China to assist the logistics process and to better serve customers. An office in Bangladesh was also established the same year, which currently operates with staff members from both Sri Lankan and Bangladesh to cater towards sales & marketing, as well as operational and technical functions. A belt manufacturing facility was later established in 2010 to meet global demands. Wintex India was set up the following year, in 2011, due to the strong demand of a presence in India. The two offices in China handle direct sales and marketing, as well as the monitoring of quality levels. All products conform to the latest ecological standards and the manufacturing facilities are audited by globally recognised testing labs.
