Winters Property is one of the largest Property Services providers in the country. We have 42 staff operating from five offices managing property assets across the country. We have in excess of 7,500 commercial and residential units under our estate management and 600 properties leased and managed. In addition we are the largest private Student Acc... ommodation operators in the country with over 2,000 beds in five sites in Galway and Athlone. Commercial properties under management include Knock Airport Business Park, Oranmore Business Park, West Side Shopping Centre and the Centrepoint Centre. In addition we currently provide Asset Management and Sales services to clients such as Grant Thornton, BDO, Mazars and McStay Luby. The Irish Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) was established by the Government in 1997. From July 2012, Property Service Providers may no longer operate unless licensed by the NPRSA. Winters Property Management are licensed in all categories of Property Services (A,B,C and D).
