Winston Park Homeowner Association is a Community located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Built by Centex Corp. in 1973, which also built Winston Towers on Miami Beach. Winston Park HOA is serving 1,481 single-family homes designed with six styles. This community is bounded by Sunset Drive on the North, SW 127th Avenue on the East, N. Kendall Drive... on the South and FPL power lines (about 135th Avenue) on the west. Turnover from Centex on August 1976. Winston Park HOA owns Winston Lake, a beautiful Club House located on 8100 SW 132 Ave, Miami, FL 33183 which includes 2 pools, 2 Playgrounds, 1 Gym, 1 BBQ patio, 2 Basketball courts, 1 Handball court, a Parking lot, 1 Adult Lounge, 1 Teen Room, 7 tennis Courts and the Administrative office. At present, Miami Management, Inc. as management company is in charge to run the facilities and take care of the common areas.
