Neither Winkelmann nor its employees or agents give any warranties or guarantees as to the precise result that the investigation, inquiry or surveillance will produce. The client has to understand that investigations, inquiries and surveillance are by their very nature limited by time and resources. Although the investigation, inquiry or surveillance activity conducted by Winkelmann will be precisely as stipulated in the agreement, the results may not be exactly that which the client had hoped. We do not accept any cases from insurance companies, as there could be a conflict of client interest by trying to 'work both sides' of the street, so to speak.
