Wingspan Properties LLC was established in 2003. We are a local father and son company owned and operated by Bill and Mike George. After a successful hospital financial management career, Bill formed Wingspan with his son Mike, a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Wingspan had an initial focus on renovating single and multifamily homes for... rental and resale in the local area. This soon let to the construction of condo's and new single family homes in the Worcester and Holden area. In 2006, the business expanded, buying land for future development, as evidenced by our most recent project, Birch Hill, in Holden. As time went on, and Wingspan's reputation spread, we would often get requests for remodeling, painting, siding, window replacement, roofing, gutters etc. While we weren't soliciting for this business, we saw it as an opportunity to further expand upon our reputation and business interests. This part of our business has now become a significant and contributing factor to the overall success of our business. We are always willing to do the small jobs when homeowners need assistance and we have the outlook that no job is to small. Wingspan is committed to complete customer satisfaction and we go to great lengths to put our clients' needs first. Building a new home or embarking upon a renovation can be a challenge but we pride ourselves in helping our clients so that it becomes an pleasant experience. Wingspan is a member of the Holden Area Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau of central Massachusetts.
