Wingrove Motor Company Limited has been serving the needs of North East motorists since 1925, when the company was founded on the West Road, Newcastle upon Tyne. We are proud to have five generations of car expertise behind us, and having celebrated our 90th birthday, we look forward to many more years in the trade. Our committed workforce has work... ed hard to ensure that Wingrove is frequently named one of the top three dealers in the UK and have helped us sell more than 1,000 vehicles every year. Our parts department has the largest dealer stock of Citroen parts in the country, which just goes to show that Citroen Cars' decision to make Wingrove its distributor and service agent for Northumberland and Durham in 1969 was the right one. Those 90 years in business have enabled us to become specialists in both new and used cars, and we are pleased to be able to offer some of the best deals available anywhere, meaning that our customers trust us to give them the best option for their needs, whenever they visit our showrooms. We've been able to expand across the North East and now have a sales and service branch at Silverlink Motor Retail Park in Wallsend as well as a branch near our original site at West Road. As part of our commitment to developing our services. We also have a state of the art bodyshop in Cramlington, Northumberland. In 2012 the 'The Motor Company North East' was established, and we are delighted that this has allowed us to take on MG and Subaru, with their dedicated new showroom found on the West Road site. 2016 also saw us take on WildAx Motor Homes, manufacturers of campervans and motorhomes using the Citroen Relay Van.
