Winger Mediation

Ariel Winger was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996 and has practiced family law in the Bay Area exclusively since 1999. For five years, Ariel worked as a Staff/Senior Staff Attorney at the Family Violence Law Center, serving low-income battered women and their children. As a family law litigator, Ariel appeared in court weekly, successfu... lly obtaining restraining orders, child custody and visitation orders, and child support orders for hundreds of women and their children. Through her courtroom experience, Ariel saw how the adversarial court system often increased the conflict, emotional cost and financial strain on divorcing families. Believing many cases could be resolved outside of court, Ariel opened her Mediation and Collaborative Law Practice in 2007, serving clients throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
