Wing Chun Dynamics and Sifu Ken Chun provide education and training in the Chinese martial art system of Wing Chun kung fu for exercise, health, and self-defense purposes only. Any enrolled student and/or their guest(s) shall accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to their person or possessions, whether accidental or intentional... , when training on or off the school premises or when attending any school event/function (e.g., demonstration, tournament competition, etc.). Any enrolled student and/or their guest(s) shall accept full responsibility for any damages caused by them to the school premises or possessions. No illegal drug use or any criminal activity shall be allowed. Any student engaged in this type of activity shall be immediately expelled from the school. Any enrolled student acknowledges that they shall use the knowledge gained strictly for self-defense purposes only and shall NOT use it to intentionally or illegally harm another individual. Any enrolled student and/or their guest(s) shall show courtesy and respect to the instructors, fellow classmates, and guests of the school. Any enrolled student agrees that they shall NOT use the name of Wing Chun Dynamics, Sifu Ken Chun, U.S. Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy, or Grandmaster Chris Chan (Chan Shing) for the purpose of teaching or promoting Wing Chun kung fu for financial gain without first receiving written permission from any and all parties involved. It is strongly recommended that any enrolled student seek the advice of a trained, licensed physician before undertaking any form of exercise to prevent the risk of injury.
