Winchester Roofing was founded in 1990 by Husband and Wife June & James Michael, who have successfully run it for the last 26 years. During that time we have went from doing small residential jobs, to massive federally funded projects that can span years at a time. Still we have not forgot our roots, and will always find a way to take care of our s... maller clients right along with the big ones. We have always cared about the communities that we work in and strive to improve them through our work. We always try to hire some local workers to help out on the job even if we don't need the extra hands. We have always believed that donating to worthy charities is not money lost, but an investment in the future of the communities they operate in. As such we actively seek out local organizations doing good near our projects and do whatever we can to support them. We belive that the best way to ensure our customers come back to \us 30 years from now is to ensure their communities are still thriving then. In 2006 the Michael's son, Patrick, joined the business and has been working hard to fill his parents shoes for the last 10 years. As his parents retire, and Patrick takes over the company he brings with him new ideas and technology, like satellite measured roofs and a cloud based computer system. These innovations allow us to operate faster, more accurately, and with a lower overhead than his parents ever imagined. But even with the technology of the new age at hand he still sticks to the old world values this company was founded on.
