We are proud to announce the establishment of WILWAT Property Management , the full service property management division of Wilwat Properties, Inc. Wilwat Properties, Inc. is a locally based developer and management company. We currently own and manage 5 apartment communities in Metro Atlanta. Over the last 30 years Wilwat has developed 18 projects... totaling over 10,000 units, having successfully operated them for many years and seen some into the hands of new ownership. We are highly regarded in the industry for our professional integrity, treating all of our relationships with dignity and respect and being supported by a tenured staff of professionals. Our in house talent is deep in all areas including Marketing, Management and Maintenance. Cynthia Diebolt, Vice President of Operations has worked in the industry for 35 years and 29 of those with Wilwat. The Regional Manager, Nancy Sprott, has worked for Wilwat since 1980 and holds CAPS and CAM certifications from NAA. Tim Watkins is the Director of Maintenance Operations and has worked in the industry for 37 years, 28 with Wilwat Properties. Combined we offer 100 years of experience and expertise. Wilwat Property Management will rely on this history to effectively manage our client's Propertys with a clear understanding of their goals and objectives.
