Williamson Design Florist Ltd started from a flower shop in Edinburgh, Williamson's is now Scotland's and the UK's largest, and longest established independent retail florist, Williamson's is owned by the Williamson family and have three generations of family actively involved in the day to day running of the business. Neil Williamson is the chairm... an of Williamson Design Florist, founder of the company and is still involved and overseas the business activities today. Myra Williamson, Neils Wife is a Director in the company and is still very involved at managment level of Williamsons, Myra can be found moving between branches and seen through so many changes in the business, Myra was also the first ( and only) Chairwoman of interflora British Unit. Jim Williamson, Neil's son is Managing Director of the company, he bases himself at the core of the company's activities at our head office and garden centre in Livingston just outside Edinburgh. Carol Williamson is the Retail Director at Williamson's, Carol is Jim's Sister and she is based in the North of Scotland and heads up all our retail flower shops. Andrew Williamson Carol's son is the newest Director at Williamson's, he travels between all our Flower Shops in Scotland and brings new generation ideas to Williamson's. Alan Williamson is Jim's Cousin and is also head of distribution to all our retail flower shops, "If you want it he will get it for you". Billy Williamson is Jim's 2nd cousin and is based at our Garden Centre and is our aquatic specialist and is the one to speak to if you require any gardening products pushed out to our flower shops in Scotland. William Williamson and Margaret Williamson are Jims aunt and uncle and are both on site to sort out and allocate the flower deliveries that arrive from all over the world to Williamson's, William is then onto our lorry to deliver in the evening our fresh flowers to all our flower shops.
