THE FIRM OF WILLIAMSON DACAR ASSOCIATES, INC. was founded by Ted Williamson and David Dacar in 1994. Since the beginning, the firm has focused on meeting the changing needs of the Public, Governmental and Private sectors. We are experienced to respond to virtually any design challenge we might face. Our offices are located in Clearwater, Lutz, and... New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The firm has grown steadily, and cautiously, to 10 professional staff members. We have chosen our size to insure a continual personal and passionate involvement by the Principals and our team members. At the same time, our size has encouraged a cohesive, friendly TEAM environment that, for example, sees little turnover of our members within the firm. This is a fact that gives us great pride! We are also proud of that we are successful at establishing long term relationships with our clients and providing a large amount of repeat work. AT WDA, we believe good architecture can only come from the interaction between a good client and a good design TEAM. We do not bring fixed ideas or standard designs to the table,every client and every project is unique and needs to be approached differently.
