Our financing experience includes secured and unsecured loans (whether single-lender or syndicated), asset-based lending, construction and real estate finance, equipment leasing, transactions in the security alarm industry, and letter-of-credit transactions. We also have broad experience addressing cross-border issues as part of financings. Real Estate: In our real estate practice, we represent clients, both real estate owners and developers, in negotiating, documenting, financing, and closing commercial real property transactions.
