Stephen Wilcox is lead attorney with Wilcox Law, PLLC in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Wilcox has over 25 years experience representing creditors and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings and other litigation throughout the State of Texas and the nation. His practice is currently focused on representing creditors in both consumer and commercial bankruptc... y proceedings. He represents several national vehicle lenders throughout the State of Texas. He additionally represents numerous corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships and individuals in bankruptcy matters throughout Texas. Prior to starting Wilcox Law (formerly Bassel & Wilcox, PLLC) in October, 2005, he was a shareholder with Law, Snakard & Gambill, PC, which he joined upon graduation from law school in 1988. In addition to his Juris Doctor, he has a Bachelor of Arts in History (magna cum laude) from Texas Tech University and a Master of Theological Studies from the University of Dallas. He has fourteen reported decisions in the Federal and Bankruptcy Reporters. He is licensed to appear in all State Courts in Texas, the United States Federal Courts in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
