In 1978 she returned to Jamaica where she taught at Titchfield High School for 2 years. She then returned to the United States where she worked as office manager for the Schopler Dental Group for the next 5 years. In 1985 Pauline returned to Jamaica where she worked as a director and general manager of Fergusons Transport Ltd.
