We are a group of recovering women employed through ownership, contract, or the desire to learn, working to build a creative, friendly and safe work environment. Recovery can be translated to mean change through a Spiritual connection, whether through the use of 12 Step programs, claiming the teachings of your heritage or practicing the principles... of your religious or Spiritual beliefs. Our mission is to support those who choose to change their lives through recovery, by offering inspirational products that acknowledge and celebrate their personal success. Bags by Design: Once a separate company, BBD is the place where luscious bags, pouches or pieces of art are created to house almost anything! 12 Step Recovery Specialty Items: Through the request of friends within the 12 Step community, Sharon was asked to incorporate the logos into products designed in leather which led to WhiteArrow Clothing being licensed by the WSO to design, create and distribute NA & AA licensed specialty merchandise. The antique silver plated Concho bearing the NA logo is the trade mark of a WCC creation. 12 Step Recovery Give Back Program- 5% of the profits from the 12 Step Product sales will be donated to Residence XII, a residential treatment facility for women seeking Recovery.
