Rines as the company's first employee, it has evolved considerably to become the multi-disciplinary land planning firm which exists today. We are licensed to practice Civil Engineering in NH, ME, and VT, and licensed to practice Surveying in NH and ME. Additionally we are licensed Site Evaluators in ME and licensed Designers of Subsurface Disposal Systems in NH.
