Whistle Stop Plastics was established in 1997 by sister company, Modern Moulds and Tools. The prominent tooling manufacturer took the decision to set up the company in response to customer demand for a reliable, good quality technical injection moulder. The first case came for Whistle Stop Plastics came from a laminar flow specialist who we helped design a training aid for asthmatic inhalers. Part of this solution was that the training aid would make a whistling sound when enough suction was being made by the patient, and hence the name Whistle Stop was born. Since then, we have gone on to supply over 18 million of these products which are distributed globally. As our knowledge and capacity grew, we began to diversify into other sectors and now cater to the hygiene, aerospace and other industries. We offer integrated solutions, taking your idea from concept to creation, and work with you through each stage of the process. With our skilled team of designers, tooler and injection moulders, we have built up a solid reputation as the go-to specialist for the design and manufacture of complex injection moulded parts that use engineered high-performance polymers.
