Established in 1953 as C.R. Wheeler & Partners, Chartered Quantity Surveyors, the Practice assumed a corporate structure in 1987 as Wheeler Group Consultancy. In 2002, the Practice became Wheeler Group LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership and now has four Partners. Over our sixty-nine year history, we have built an envied reputation for excellence... in technical and analytical skills and for the provision of professional services of the highest quality. Our Partners have amassed considerable experience across most sectors of construction and development, usually on complex schemes or commissions with particular practical, contractual or financial constraints, requiring our specialist input and clarity of thinking. Early involvement of our professionals and the strategic input we can offer is encouraged as it serves to benefit our Clients, their teams and their projects. Our appointments range from full Quantity Surveying services on an extensive range of building and civil engineering projects in both private and public sectors to financial appraisal and feasibility, project co-ordination, procurement strategies and advice, contract services and litigation, cost management, facilities management, supervision of maintenance and improvement works and construction audit services. Our core business is as independent quantity surveyors. We specialise in cost and contract consultancy with a particular Client focus, geared to suit particular needs and requirements and so providing bespoke contract and cost management solutions.
