Jsons Group is innovative & experienced group consisting of two Steel Foundries Jsons Foundry Private Ltd & Western Precicast Pvt.Ltd. We manufacture & supply Stainless Steel Pumps & Valve Castings ranging from 1 kg to 7 MT single piece to major & overseas customers for different industries like Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power & other Engineering sectors.... Our monthly manufacturing capacity is 900MT including both the units. We commenced manufacturing in 1987 with our Jsons unit & expanded our capacity in 2003 with Western Precicast. In 2015 we started our Investment Casting facility in Jsons Foundry premisses. We export castings to Europe, USA, Middle East & Asian countries. Over this period of 3 decades we have gained an international reputation as one of the leading manufacturer & supplier of critical materials & complex castings in fully machined condition. We use advanced technologies for production like Metal Refining (AOD), Fero arm, Gas Analyzer at different stages to ensure the quality of the castings. We have in-house facility for all the NDE testing like RT/UT/LPT/IGC/Impact testing. Jsons is supplying castings in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Nickel base alloys & Aluminium Bronze. We have two highly equipped Machine shops consisting of advanced machines like Trevison DS 600 & DS 900, various types of HBM, VMC & VTLs. Jsons Group is approved with different Certifications like ISO, PED AD 2000 Markblatt, NORSOK, NPCIL, NTPC, ABS Marine, BV Marine, Lloyds Marine, DNV Marine & also we have supplied castings for various ONGC, Shell, Aramco & Nuclear Projects as per ASME & DIN Standards.
