About Western Midstream Partners
Western Midstream (WES) provides core assets and services for customers in the Delaware Basin in West Texas and New Mexico, as well as the DJ Basin in northeastern Colorado. Additional assets and investments are located in South Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. The company is engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing, and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and crude oil; and gathering and disposing of produced water for its customers. In its capacity as a natural gas processor, Western Midstream also buys and sells natural gas, NGLs, and condensate on behalf of itself and its customers under certain gas processing contracts.
