Doug Bradshaw has been in the mortgage lending business since 1993. He has financed everything from small SBA loans of $50,000, to many commercial RE loans over $30 Million dollars. He has also financed many A & D loans, condominium projects, townhome projects, assisted care facilities, office buildings, self-storage facilities and other commercial RE loans. He has been licensed since 1993 to do residential mortgage loans and is licensed with Intercap Lending. Paul began his residential lending career in 2013 working for loanDepot, based out of Orange County, CA. He worked there for 2 years and moved back to SLC, UT to learn the commercial side while maintaining his residential license.
