WCMS has grown rapidly since then and will shortly be acquiring new office premises to support its growing workload. We undertake pre-litigation work using the latest technology and undertake litigation work via a consultancy service provided to a leading city law firm. Our claims management systems provide timely and effective handling of claims for damages with a view to achieving, where necessary, appropriate economic settlements of claims timeously in order to reduce the expenses of claims handling. Although based in the U.K. we can provide a universal claims handling service where objective advice is required in connection with claims proceeding in other jurisdictions.
