West Coast Containment, Inc is a family owned and operated company in San Diego. WCC was founded in 2008 for the purpose of helping hospitals keep patients, staff and visitors safer during indoor renovations. WCC started their Flooring Division in 2012. The flooring division has many projects completed and current in Healthcare Facilities around San Diego. Angela Bourne is an Owner/Project Manager and has many years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. She started by volunteering summers, while in high school, at the Sonoma Developmental Center for the developmentally disabled in Sonoma, Ca. She worked in Public Health (medical assistant), the Weight Room (weight training and providing nutrition guidelines to clients), and on Units assisting in the day to day care of the clients. She continued her education in Nursing upon moving to San Diego. Angela has previously apprenticed in General Construction. She enjoys continuing her education as well. Michael Arellano is an Owner/ Project Manager. He has been in the Construction Industry for 17 years. He started as a Floor Layer and continues to this today. He has worked the last 12 years in hospitals and education facilities, with the last 10 years being in Infection Control/Containment. He has worked and supervised projects at most of the hospitals in San Diego County. His knowledge and experience are extensive.
