Wessels Construction & Development

Wessels Construction & Development Company was founded in 1956 by Ben Wessels as a builder of single family homes in the city of Ft. Wright, Kentucky. The company has evolved into a multi-faceted developer that now constructs multi-family residential communities, commercial office buildings and single family subdivisions. All Wessels properties are... professionally managed on a day-to-day basis by Guardian Management and Recreation, a Wessels affiliate. As a family operated business, Wessels prides itself on offering clients and tenants a personal, yet professional approach to their housing or office space needs.
