Wellness is always present in each individual regardless of our current state of health. It is connected to our potential. We increase wellness when we consciously connect to the inner wisdom of our body, mind and spirit. In Health and Wellness Coaching we contemplate, create, and conquer lifestyle change. The coaching approach is collaborative and... integrative. You are viewed as a whole person from many perspectives. Goals are mutually identified based on your needs or on the areas that arouse energy and excitement (or maybe dread) in you. Your strengths and values guide the process. We all think and learn differently. Throughout the coaching process we will identify successful strategies from your past and add new strategies that support your individual learning style. Healing Touch is a gentle, complementary, energy-based approach to health and healing that can assist in bringing the body to its natural ability to heal.
