Based in Central London, Weldon Walshe was founded in 1988 and comprises the specialist skills of Architecture, Interior Design and Decoration as well as Historic Building Conservation. Specialising in luxury development and refurbishment, many of the Practice's projects are in Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea. We are there... fore well acquainted with the relevant planning authorities for these areas. We also have considerable experience in the conservation and re-use of historic buildings. Our portfolio of projects has the common denominators of high quality and design values. There range from residential development of new build properties such as the renowned Manresa development of luxury apartments in Chelsea, for which we were the concept and planning architects, to bespoke houses from private clients. Out services also include refurbishment and redevelopment of listed properties such as a number of recently completed apartment developments in Eaton Square, SW1 for the Grosvenor Estate. Plus, we have been commissioned on a number of projects within the commercial and leisure sector, including a boutique jewellery shop and fitness centre.
