We have owned & managed Weathertop Mountain Inn since 2003. Weathertop is our home as well as our business. We have been second-homeowners in the Mad River Valley since the mid-80's, coming her... e in our free time as often as possible. With the purchase of Weathertop, "The Valley" became our permanent home. We are very fortunate to have four seasons of incredible outdoor activity & beautiful scenery just beyond our front porch! Our other passions include world travel, scuba diving, music, food & wine. Our love of travel is reflected in the art & antiques displayed throughout the inn. Much of it was acquired during our years of living & working in Singapore, but the collection keeps growing. Our years of living in Southeast Asia & on-going world travel continue to influence our cooking style, and this is reflected in our restaurant's eclectic menu. We enjoy sharing tales of food & travel with our guests, as this is the perfect recipe to inspire future adventure! As avid travelers, we have made an effort to incorporate into our own business the amenities we've come to appreciate in the lodging & dining establishments we've patronized. We also pride ourselves on personal, attentive guest service. Since we hire no staff, you will be dealing directly with us from pre-booking inquiries through checkout.
