I decided to start Wealth Creation School last year to teach proven strategies on how individuals, from many different backgrounds, can grow their wealth from wherever they are. We have been buying that many houses consistently since 2015. It was the summer of 2015 that I decided to shut my investment fund down after running it for 6 years. At the time, the fund was still up over 100% after fees in 6 years. Before fees that equaled over 20% per year. One year before I shut the fund down it was up over 205% after fees. One year earlier though before I shut the fund down, the fund was up over 205% after fees. Heres proof. This is from an administrator that calculated our monthly returns. Many lessons were learned from that transition. The Real Estate Investment business that I moved on to start and grow has been great for over 5 years now. My company, 1-844-Exit-As-Is Inc., has purchased between 3-10 properties per month to either hold as rentals or to flip. It has been a fulfilling business to run as we have made a big impact on the community. But during all of it, Ive had this itch to share my strategies and to help others in the process to become great investors, millionaires, and multi-millionaires. Ive been dying to share what worked in the running my fund to allow us to be up over 40% after fees a year, for 5 years, and also what didnt work.
