This consistency allows our caregiver and office team to develop a relationship with the client and their family based upon ongoing and relevant communication. Because of this communication within the client's circle of care previously unnoticed status changes that could send the client to the hospital are seen and acted upon. We are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and know what good care is, and how to deliver it consistently to clients at home or in retirement communities for many hours daily - ongoing for months and years. Delivering this care with an understanding of physical and emotional needs takes a team not a single person. The team includes backup caregivers, who understand a client's specific issues, and communicative office staff jumping into the field as needed.
