Great care is taken to provide you with a quality counselling experience which is mindful of your individual and unique needs. We pride ourselves on being an ethical, accountable and professional service which works with all age groups. Gently enabling, empowering, valuing without judgement, and assisting all our clients in finding their own individual way forward. Collectively we offer an array of different therapeutic styles including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy, Creative Therapy (including sandtray) and Integrative Therapy to name but a few. We also work with individuals and couples, and sometimes with the whole family; where different members of the family might work with different members of our team.
