We have constructed commercial buildings for the following purposes: Veterinarian clinics, nail salons, retail stores, gift shops, sub sandwich shops, etc. Ted Waterman, General Contractor, has been in the commercial industry since 1982 ... he started as a general laborer doing nothing but commercial work for a contractor. During his years of commercial construction experience, he has found that development of commercial facilities built with the idea of selling or leasing to an organization post construction, tends to leave large commercial areas vacant after the business evaluates their true needs and then contracts to have a commercial building made to their specifications. We believe in doing the job right the first time. Ted has travelled the state of Florida overseeing commercial jobs. Our primary focus now in commercial construction has been Central Florida as we reside in Lake County, Florida. The towns in Lake County we build in include but are not limited to Astatula, Clermont, Eustis, Fruitland Park, Groveland, Howey-in-the-Hills, Lady Lake, Leesburg, Mascotte, Minneola, Montverde, Mount Dora, Tavares and Umatilla.
