Waterford Rescue Squad

The Waterford Rescue Squad provides Emergency Medical Services to the residents of the Town and Village of Waterford, as well as surrounding communities when assistance is needed. WRS operates with two ambulances as well as a certified first response vehicle. Our 24/7 operation is staffed with at least one Emergency Medical Technician and one Advan... ced Life Support Provider and consists of both career and volunteer staff. WRS works closely with the Waterford Police Department, Village of Waterford Fire Departments, The Northside Fire District and the Halfmoon Fire Department. Answering close to 1000 emergency calls annually, our staff strives on for a level of excellence, whether it be through training, professionalism and our work with the community we serve.
