We wanted to reach out to let you know what to expect of Waste Connections as your premier solid waste service provider. The goals for this service change will lead to better efficiency for the routes, less wear and tear on the roads, and increased quality of service. Most importantly, safety of our employees and the communities we serve is our primary concern. Service times may be changing to accommodate the routing. Routes will begin at 7 AM. Please have all carts out and available by 7 AM so to not miss the truck as it comes through your area. If your trash is in the alley, and have previously had your recycle cart out front, please move your recycle cart to the alleyway, also effective September 20. Potential service challenges may occur the first couple of weeks as our drivers learn their new route. We will communicate as quickly as we can through email, phone calls, and our WasteConnect mobile app about any known service issues.
