The Life of Washington Graphics In 1976, 3 partners banded together with a vision. That vision was based on a simple focus: provide high-quality print for business owners and do it fast. If you can imagine the time, it was before the semi-automated screen-press, and screen-printing was done by hand. Though we've lost a couple of the original partners, Washington Graphics has kept it's strength through it's family business mindset. Most of our press operators have been with us their entire careers, and average over a decade in printing expertise. We pursue growth and learning, so that we never become stagnant in an ever-changing industry, even though a lot of the screen process has stayed the same today - handmixed inks by color experts to match PMS and CMYK color profiling, hand shot screens built, maintained and created by our in-house expert, and attention to detail even as the long-stroke machines handle the bulk of the manual labor.
