Prior to establishing her own practice in 2006, Wandzia served as Assistant City Manager and Interim City Manager for the City of San Leandro, CA. As Assistant City Manager, she was responsible for Council policy development and decision-making support, organizational development and training, Annual Operating and Capital Improvement Program budget preparation and oversight, and managing all aspects of the City Clerk, Information Technology Services, Disaster Preparedness, Economic Development, Community Relations/PIO operations.
