Walthams Ltd is based near Southampton and since 1982, we have been providing commercial, industrial and residential construction to the public and private sectors. We are registered with the NHBC, Zurich Building Guarantee Scheme, Constructionline and are also members of the National Federation of Builders. We are able to provide a full design and... build service from inception through to completion, in addition to building to client commissioned designs. Our professionally qualified management team works with clients and professional advisors throughout the Southern Counties including the outskirts of London. We adopt a professional and collaborative approach in aiding delivery of building projects on time and within budget. Each of our projects is managed from concept to completion by one of our experienced project managers, who in turn is supported by a team of experienced site managers and foremen. The Company has an employed workforce of approximately 40 staff and site operatives, which gives us the flexibility to manage resources efficiently and effectively. In addition, we have a strong base of experienced subcontractors, many of whom have worked with us for the last 20 years. We maintain a close relationship with our professional advisors, particularly our Safety Consultants, Alfred McAlpine Business Services, who monitor our sites and advise on safety and training issues.
