Returns are not accepted at Wall to Wall Retro because of the unique nature of the items we sell & the importance of condition in the value of vintage items. Our store accepts cash, PayPal, Dwolla or credit. We are a local business business & prefer and appreciate cash if possible to help us keep costs low. No worries though if credit or debit is h... ow you'd prefer to pay--we appreciate your business! Unless we are assisting you with delivery, all items must be picked up from our store at 225 E. Chicago St. in Elgin, IL. within 5 days. If you cannot pick up your large item within that time frame a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item will be assessed. Customers are welcome to hire their own help or service to pick up their items. Items must be paid for, in full, before they leave the premises. Wall to Wall Retro is not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of the moving of the items. We do offer shipping. Please call the store at (847)69-Retro to get a quote on shipping for a particular item. All of our items are unique, vintage, retro, one of a kind & are generally at least 30 years old. Items will have some wear & minor imperfections. Please examine an item in the store carefully & make sure that you love the item, as is, with all of its beautiful dings & signs of age (character!). Some of our in store items have been rehabbed, repurposed, or madeover by local artists. These items are often distressed, shabby chic, etc. These artists love the imperfections & each item's dings, scratches, signs of wear are intentionally left exposed to show the history & story of that item. All vintage lighting should be rewired for optimal safety. If you choose to use the lighting as-is, it is at your own discretion & you assume all liability. Retro-a-GoGo recommends rewiring by a certified electrician/expert & assumes no liability or responsibility for lighting that has or has not been rewired.
