Waggoner & Associates, Inc was formed in 1996 to provide a union shop for our loyal customers who occasionally had large pipeline projects. That was the idea then, but since our humble beginnings we have grown from a small union shop able to man one spread of big inch construction, to a national operation with over 80 rigs operating throughout the... United States. We accomplished this while remaining a 100 percent American owned, privately held business. Not many can say that; but we say it proudly. Our customer list reads like a Who's Who of the pipeline industry.
