W. Rogers Company is a general contracting firm primarily engaged in the construction of municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as industrial pretreatment facilities. Since 1970, the Company has developed expertise in all types of excavation (including rock drilling & blasting), formwork, concrete, underground piping, above ground... piping and process equipment installations. On a typical project, building and specialty trades, such as masonry, roofing, glazing, painting, HVAC and electrical work, are subcontracted to an equally skilled group of workers who are required to meet the standards of quality, efficiency and safety set by W. Rogers Company. W. Rogers Company's office staff is located at the company's headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky. Superintendents and foremen work with project managers to oversee and to direct the activities of our trade employees. More than half of our trade employees are "Key" employees who have dedicated their careers to the Company and demonstrated a willingness to travel to projects throughout the Company's work range. Shop operation headquarters in Lexington supports the Company's heavy equipment maintenance and transportation needs. Currently, W. Rogers Company performs the majority of its work throughout Kentucky and Tennessee, while also operating in the western parts of West Virginia, North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, and Alabama.
