VTM Group was founded in 1995 by Richard Baek to provide event management services for technical conferences and workshops. The company eventually expanded to support a full suite of services for associations, alliances, standards bodies, professional societies, and non-profit organizations of all sizes. In 2006, VTM Group bought a 28,600 square-foot building in Beaverton, Oregon which originally housed a bank. As such, the company offers a unique infrastructure in which to preserve confidential material. It's this building in Oregon where the company manages more than 50 of the most successful associations in the world.
