The VSC Group supplies both construction and industrial materials and provides related value-added processing services through our various operating divisions and distributes them to reputable developers, contractors and industrial manufacturers in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Our company's construction materials include steel rebars, H-piles, H-b... eams, sheet piles, couplers, soil nails and rockbolts. We supply a wide range of sanitary ware and ceramic tiles. Our industrial products consist of steel coil processing for the white goods, technology and automobile, engineering plastic resin, and steel enclosure systems for the telecommunication industry. Founded in 1961, the VSC Group is pioneer in the importation of steel rebars in Hong Kong. With our innovation and technology-focused expertise, we have enlarged our market share, widened our market scope and increased our market influence through merging with Shougang Concord Steel Company Limited in November 1999. After the merge, our company has become the major supplier in the territory's rebars supply market. The VSC Group is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Our shares are traded under stock code 1001. In December 1999, VSC successfully launched the iSteelAsia.com---the region's first vertical trading and related information portal. It was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market ("GEM") of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under stock code 8080 in April 2000. iSteelAsia Holdings Limited had changed its name to North Asia Strategic Holdings Limited with effect from August 9, 2005 after it successfully raised funds from North Asia Strategic Acquisition Corp. and Mr. Tsang Moses Kwok Tai in August 2005.
