The VRS Career Experience Program has been developed to connect Australian organisations with the next generation of professional talent and fulfil immediate resource requirements. VRS, in partnership with various educational institutions and students groups, provides this program to students and graduates to encourage the active application of pro... fessional skills directly into an organisation-based work training placement. The work training placement can be from 3 to 12 months and during this period there is NO COST TO THE ORGANISATION. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS: 1. Let us know what sort of people you need by registering vacancies online [ CLICK HERE]; and 2. Meet with the candidates that we identify as being most suitable for your organisation. WHAT WE DO IS: 1. Find the right candidates for your organisation; 2. Interview and screen the candidates in the first instance so that we only present the best to you along with comprehensive profiles; 3. Provide the placed candidates with career mentoring and support throughout the duration of their work experience; and 4. Support you and the candidates to ensure that any training requirements are met by us. WHAT DOES THIS COST YOU? There is no cost for our service and you are not required to pay the candidate/s during the placement period. If you have a permanent role for the candidate after placement, there is a recruitment fee payable to VRS of 15% of the candidates's total package.Read More
