Voi issues EUR 50 million through the company’s first-ever bond issuance
Swedish-founded leading micromobility operator Voi has completed its first-ever bond issuance, successfully placing EUR 50 million of senior secured bonds under a total framework of EUR 125 million. The coral-coloured rental e-scooters have been operating in the town since September 2020, with just over 90,000 people signed up to ride them. People in Oxford have now taken more than two million rides on Voi rental e-scooters and e-bikes. Voi started operating scooters in Oxford in February 2021 and launched e-bikes in the city this July.
